Purchased by my parents as a Graduation Present in 2002. In 2003 I started attending track days with NASA, during that time I blew up the engine (that was a fun 5hr drive home!), replaced it with a 4.6L 4v, then I replaced the automatic transmission with a 5 speed. In the fall of 2005 I crashed it into a Guard Rail at VIR during testing, over the winter I stripped it down, installed a cage and made it legal for NASA American Iron Road Racing. Since then Ive had 2 3rd places finishes and 1 4th place finish.

This is a Chrysler Charger, not a Dodge Charger. It came from and was built in Australia. Only a 6 cylinder, but for 1972 its model was the fastest production car in Australia, even beating out V-8s from Ford & Chevrolets cousin, Holden. What it DID come with was 3 - 2 Barrel side draft Webers that brought the horsepower to over 300 from only a 265 cubic inch engine. Plus its right hand drive! Real fun driving with its 4-speed.
