This is a Solar Heat Collector that heats my Bedroom. It is 72" X 40" X 4" and made of a double pane sliding glass door with 1/2 Foil Faced Urethane insulation board box. Frame is 2x4 Steel studs. Interior of the box is Flat Black painted Galv. Sheet metal. Air flows from 3" ABS pipe from Bedroom floor through a series of 6 metal studded baffles and exits via a 3" sheet metal pipe near the top of the box into the room. The air is moved via a 4" 12 volt fan powered by a solar panel and Motorcycle battery. No 110 voltage used. Air temp is near 90 degrees.
